RAD Bridge House (Shared Living)

RAD Bridge House provides shared living accommodations designed to support stabilization, structure, and daily routine during the early stages of a resident’s housing journey.


This setting offers additional support as residents become familiar with program expectations, community living, and consistent daily structure. RAD Bridge House is ideal for individuals who benefit from a more guided environment while working toward increased independence.


Placement at RAD Bridge House may serve as an entry placement within the RAD Supportive Housing program. Length of stay varies based on individual progress, readiness, and program participation.

Bedroom Space

This shared room provides a bright, comfortable living space with a street-view outlook that brings in natural light. The room is fully furnished and arranged to support everyday comfort, organization, and functionality.

Designed to encourage a calm and respectful shared living experience, the space offers a welcoming environment where residents can relax, settle in, and feel at home while participating in a structured housing program.

Shared Common Areas

RAD Supportive Units (Private Rooms)

RAD Supportive Housing Units offers private room accommodations within a quieter, lower-density residential environment. Each unit is shared with only one other resident, allowing for increased privacy while maintaining access to shared common areas.


This setting is designed for individuals who have demonstrated readiness for increased independence while continuing to benefit from structured program expectations. Residents enjoy greater personal space while following guidelines that promote safety, accountability, and long-term housing stability.


Transition to RAD Supportive Housing Units is based on resident readiness, program compliance, availability, and program approval and is not guaranteed. This placement is part of RAD’s program-based housing model and supports residents as they prepare for independent housing.

Private Room Street View

This private room offers a bright, welcoming space with a scenic street view. Fully furnished and thoughtfully designed, it provides comfort, functionality, and a peaceful atmosphere to feel right at home. 

Private Room Balcony View

Add a balcony view to your private room for an elevated, airy feel and a nicer daily atmosphere.
