Why RAD Supportive Living Exists

RAD Supportive Housing exists to serve adults in transition — individuals who do not need a shelter, group home, or clinical care, but who also cannot succeed completely on their own yet.

Many individuals need time, structure, and stability to rebuild their lives. RAD was created to provide a supportive, respectful living environment where adults can stabilize, build routines, and move forward toward long-term independence without being over-restricted or underserved.

What Makes RAD Different

  • Program-based housing (not landlord/tenant)
  • Clear rules & accountability
  •  Step-up housing model
  • Quiet, low-density homes
  •  Supportive—not clinical—environment

Who we serve

  • Adults receiving SSI or SSDI
  • Veterans/Retirees
  • Individuals exiting homelessness
  • Single Adults 25+
  • Adults who need a quiet, structured place to live
  • Adults with payees
  • Independent adults who can climb stairs

Who we are

RAD Supportive Housing provides program-based housing for adults who need a safe, structured living environment while preparing for independent housing.

Our mission is to support stability, accountability, and personal growth by offering housing options that balance independence with clear expectations and supportive structure. We serve individuals who can live independently but benefit from guidance, routine, and a respectful community setting.

RAD Supportive Housing is non-clinical and does not operate under traditional landlord-tenant leases. Instead, residents participate in a structured housing program designed to promote responsibility, safety, and long-term housing success.
